We partnered with Zaytoon Persian, one of Dublin’s most beloved Persian restaurants with over two decades of culinary excellence, to revitalize their brand while honoring their rich heritage. Our mission was to re-energize the dining experience for a modern audience without losing the traditions that have made Zaytoon a cornerstone of the city’s culinary scene.
From the outset, we worked closely with the team to develop a refreshed brand identity that would resonate across all touchpoints. This included content creation and management for the launch of their fifth restaurant in Sandyford, Dublin. We focused on designing a distinctive interior atmosphere, creating new visual assets, and establishing brand touchpoints that enhance both online and in-person guest experiences.
Simultaneously, we launched Noosh, Ireland’s first Persian-inspired bar, located beneath the Sandyford restaurant. Through strategic digital marketing and creative storytelling, we highlighted the bar’s unique character and connected it seamlessly with the Zaytoon brand. Every piece of content, from photography to social media campaigns, was crafted to convey authenticity, sophistication, and the vibrancy of Persian culture.
By blending tradition with innovation, we positioned Zaytoon and Noosh as a cohesive, modern hospitality experience — one that celebrates Persian culinary heritage while engaging a contemporary audience. The project demonstrates how thoughtful brand strategy, creative content, and digital storytelling can elevate long-standing hospitality brands and create meaningful connections with guests.
